To be part of this directory, the applying church must wholeheartedly subscribe to the historic standard of the faith and actively reject the following doctrinal boundaries:
The Five Solas of the Reformation:
- Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone).
- Sola Gratia (Grace Alone).
- Sola Fide (Faith Alone).
- Solus Christus (Christ Alone).
- Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God Alone).
Pillars of the Historic Faith:
- The inspiration, authority, and inerrancy of Scripture.
- The doctrine of the Trinity.
- The deity and hypostatic union of Jesus Christ (his person and his work).
- The human condition and original sin.
- Salvation by sovereign grace and by FAITH ALONE (Justification, Regeneration, and Sanctification).
- The resurrection and the final judgment.
- The doctrine of hell (eternal condemnation and retribution).
The 7 Doctrinal Integrity Boundaries (Exclusions):
- New Apostolic Reformation (NAR): We reject contemporary apostleship with authority equal to Scripture and dependence on extra-biblical revelations.
- Prosperity Theology and Positive Confession: We reject the approach that conditions God's blessing on money, or the idea that we can "decree" blessings to manipulate God's will.
- Dominionism: We reject the idea that the Church must establish the Kingdom of God by controlling political or governmental structures.
- Universalism and Inclusivism: We reject the teaching that salvation is possible outside of exclusive faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ.
- Theological Liberalism: We reject the questioning of inerrancy, the historicity of biblical accounts, or supernatural miracles.
- Antinomianism: We reject the idea that sovereign grace frees the believer from responsibility to live according to God's moral law and holiness.
- Syncretism and Sectarianism: We reject groups that, even while using Christian terminology, deny fundamental doctrines such as the Trinity or the deity of Christ.
